Key objectives and goals for the foyer refurbishment included:

  • Create a new first impression – an inviting, comfortable and modern space that better reflects branding
  • Functionality – enable better collaboration between staff and visitors, access to online tools, meeting spaces and streamlined visitor processing
  • Privacy – for staff and their workspaces as well as visitors when required
  • Customer communication – promotional, educational and campaign information communicated through traditional and digital mediums

The outcome: Aspect designed and built a functional and visually appealing space for customer service, educational and promotional activities whilst improving staff workflows by providing easy access to work tools and technology, facilitating a cultural change across the organisation.
